Netflix's first Academy Award winning documentary.
The twenty-third Netflix original documentary.
"Crashing Down", an unreleased song by Gorillaz for their third album, Plastic Beach, is played in the credits of this film. Despite this, the song still doesn't appear in the official soundtrack of the film, and as of March 2018, the song still hasn't been given an official release anywhere. Damon Albarn, the creator of Gorillaz, is even acknowledged in the credits, possibly a sign that the song was personally asked for by the documentary team. Another interesting side note is that the song is officialy licensed by Warner, even though it is unreleased.
"Mohammed Farah: Better to rescue a soul than to take one."
