IMDbTrial by Fire depicts a true tragedy that took place in the 90s and how people were affected by it. It beautifully showcases the legal system and how prolonged efforts are required to attain justice. It has not only highlighted the flaws in the legal system but all the corruption that follows. How people in power are never held accountable for their mistakes and how if one decides to fight against them in order to get justice, he or she must face intense difficulties. It is refreshing to see Abhay Deol back on screen and he does a fantastic job at playing his part. The series also acts as a tribute to the families who lost their loved ones in the tragic fire and depicts their emotions and struggle as well. The casting is amazing. All in all, the show is a well-crafted drama based on true events that deserves to be watched.
