Produced by Dharmendra's sister's daughter Namrata.
The film is the only film which starred Akshay opposite Tabu.
Tabu appeared in Akshay Kumar's Hera Pheri (2000) but they weren't paired opposite each other.
Saif stated that after Yeh Dillagi his pairing with Akshay was hot in the trade. He almost refused the film because of his pairing with Pratibha Sinha. He then thought it would he unethical to refuse a film with a actress going thru a rough patch.
Third film starring Saif and Akshay together.
