I am using this product for months. It s a a cheap rate colour printer and easy to refill yourself. It s reduces the printing cost.but the speed is not satisfied. i get only 7 a4 printing per minute and the printing process produces sound a little.

Exactly a month after the warranty period, the black color stopped printing. At first I thought its the ink level, so added ink. It didn't help. Next I tried all the troubleshooting from the installed software, nothing worked. I called up the customer care number, they suggested the very same thing that I already tried from software. Later they asked me to bring the printer to their service centre. I drove 10 kms through the Bangalore traffic, the guys at service centre did the exact same thing I tried already. When nothing worked, they said the head needs to be changed which would cost Rs 3500 + tax. It made little sense to spend that kind of money when the printer itself cost around 6.5K. After arguing with the service centre guy, I was told that I did not use the printer "regularly". I was curious to know the definition of "regularly", I was told few times a week. The guy said I had taken only 400 pages of printout where as it was expected that people commonly take 100,000 prints by this time. They expected that I run a shop !!! and not use it for domestic and school purpose.nnThoroughly disappointed with this product. If a product breaks down immediately after the warranty, I consider it duping. I would not recommend this to anyone. The print quality was also poor when it worked, but I was fine with that because this was supposed to 8 paise printer. But ultimately I ended up spending Rs 16,500 for 400 prints most of which was B/W. So in effect I paid Rs 16 per page. What a mess !!!

Pros Very fast printer and excellent print quality. Silent operation. Very low ink consumption. A value for money product. Cons nothing at all.

Fast delivery by the seller , thanks for replacement , first one stopped working after 3 days , but Flipkart replaced with a new one , received within 24 hours . Epson l130 service is excellent , Best thing printer ink cost is very less ! 400rs each bottle ! Thanks for awesome customer service by the flipkart .
