On the first day itself the printer showed paper feed problems. Paper gets ejected without printing, displaying the message "Paper out in Rear paper Feed. Load paper" even if ther is paper in the feed. It fails to sense the paper in the rear paper feed prompting us to load paper. My older printer Epson L 1300 also showed the same problem and had to replace the paper feed 4 times during the warrenty period.
It's a wrost product I ever purchased. Flipkart cheated me by giving me other brand with physical damage & wrost packing. Inspite of complats and continus follow ups many times help desk people not ready to transfer calls to seniors,had a v.bad experience finally after lodging police complaint they took it.
