I ordered this phone on Wednesday and got delivered the item on following Saturday. Very fast delivery. nnPros of the phone: n1. Auto call recording on/offn2. Individual caller photo & ringtone for each contactn3. 2g EDGE is available.n4. Alarm can be set for once or everyday or for particular days in a week. n5. Ring sound is higher and will not miss any call while travelling in outdoors.n6. Phone can be set to switch on automatically and switch off automatically at the set time.n7. Phone display is good. Font size is large enough to see the textsn8. It is playing 3gp and mp4 formats. I checked the mp4 video file with 320x240 pixel quality and there is no slack in playing. n9. 1.3 mega pixel camera shoots pictures with maximum resolution of 640x480 resolution. Video recording is also available with smaller resolution.n10. Phone is small enough to keep it in even in small purse. n11. Voice recorder is also available.nnCons: n1. There is no vibrator. So in silent mode there will be no alert if a call or sms is received.n2. Ear piece voice clearance is OK. But in outdoor noises it is difficult to understand what the other person tellsn3. Charger cable length is short.nnOthers: n1. FM player is working without inserting the earphone also. But it is not detecting any station in my location. Echo problem ...Replaced it after a week nnSlow customer service from flipkart for this product .First of all they said we cant return the amount but will replace the product .After few days a delivery guy came and taken the mobile and said the amount will be credited in your account so mismatch in what the customer support employee said and delivery/ pick up guy said .nnPlease be clear in return policy and pass the true to customer .
