Sorry Krishna, I am also a user of Fujitsu Lifebook AH532 and very much satisfied with the overall performance of the product. I have been using this for last 2 years and not a single issue faced till date. There is a small heating problem but I guess that must be because of discrete graphic card which is common in every laptop today.
I bought a fujitsu life series laptop last October with product identification number YLKX047559 (Product: LB AH532/G21 GL /I3-2348M/4 GB). In the last 11 months the below mentioned parts replaced by the service engineer for different problems.1.Battery:- Battery was getting heated and with in 30 minutes it was getting discharged 2.Hard disk:- Crashed and unable to recover original OS and my personal data.3.Camera:- From the 1st day camera was not working4.Cable for camera5.CameraAt present the left side speaker is not working and my warranty will be over in another 1.5 month. I requested for a replacement but the technical support team replaced camera and cable only. Now I have a laptop without display and speaker. I can assure you if you call to customer care no one will pick the call in day time. If you want to through your hard earned money through it at a orphanage instead of buyingo this bull shit product from this bullshit company.
