lenovo very bad service center as well as technical support my complain number :8002950211 laptop model -: gs500s S/N-: CB24560125 Price : 39000 1) Lenovo technical team give wrong information. 2) they told you formate your laptop and instal new os. once you instal new os then lenovo's pople say i am unable to help you because you istal new os. 3) leno just make indian people pool .because indian people are simple. 4) when you say "transfer your call in senior department then they say i am senior" 5) if you say any problem in your laptop then lenovo pleople say first pay then i help you . no warranty . 5) finally you cry but no one listen you . wastage of money please foreword this message to your friend and stop corruption in india. !!!!!!!!!ALERT!!!!!!!!!! lenovo fake company please dont buy any product lenovo !!!!!!!Alert Alert !!!!!!!!!! no warranty !!!no warranty !!!no warranty !!!no warranty !!!no warranty !!! ony you cry nothing else ....
Guys, Before you buy please check below information. 1. I recommend buy with Genuine Window. because in DOS when u upgrade in windows lots of driver issue. I could not get driver WLAN seems it has issue while installing setup from Lenovo driver cd. still not resolving. even in network lan driver issue. 2. SOUND is ok..ok kind of. 3. CAMERA quality is very poor. 4. USB port very thin. 5. BATTERY life is 2:30 hr 6.Note Most Imp: Please check all the offer that gives from FlipCart get check also from customer care. I got issue with 1 cash back offer which is solved by later 2 day pathetic conversation & hard discussion later on they give me Ewallet point not cash return which affect my all EMI calculation. No solution for that. So, please I advice check all offer 2-3 time different way. 7. Delivery & Packing is awesome for this & return policy is grate which is compare all site. Happy Shopping !!
