Roblox announces standalone game apps, in-browser play, offline mode, and creator wallet at RDC 2026

Roblox has unveiled a sweeping set of platform updates at its 12th annual Roblox Developers Conference. For creators, it is a distribution expansion without the technical overhead of building and maintaining a standalone game engine.
