I had purchase Gem GWW 72 washer recently.Quality of this product is not good.low quality of plastic body,unfinished body,motor sounds a lot.after purchase I found water leakage from the drain pipe.I asked for a replacement to flipkart.got the replacement after 19 days.after using new GEM washer for 10days,I found water leakage from the bottom.finally i return the item and asked for a refund.returned on 29th oct.and got the refund on the same day.I am planning to a new washing machine from other brands.So think twice before purchase GEM GWW 72washing machine.
The quality of the product is as per the price.....it looks cheap, though the performance is good.
