Godrej GMX 28CA3 MKM 28 Ltr Convection Microwave Oven

The delivery happened much before mentioned date but installation is not done till now.nIt was supposed to happen in 2 business days but even after 4 days, nobody from Godrej turned up for demo or installation. nTried calling godrej and they said someone will call me the same day but no one has ever called till now. Planning to return the product if they don't get back in 24 hours. Horrible sync issues between flipkart and the provider . nnAnother big issue issue when i purchased the product, in flipkart site it was mentioned that the product carry an extended warranty and when i called the customer care now to ask for the proof, they are replying that it was never mentioned in our site asking for a snap of the site shown such offers. Who will have time to take a snapshot of screen when you trusted flipkart that they will not do such things. I never thought that they will cheat us this way. Flipkart its a big let down to give customers such false expectations to sell your products this way. Really disappointed with it

first of all the product is good its my first electronic item from godrej.hats off to flipkart for its quick delivery i ordered on 14 april at 1200hrs and it reached at 1400hrs on 15th.they packed so well that even the demo person from godrej was impressed and godrej also has done their job well thedemo was done same day. godrej has got superb service network in indiannpros-nlook nice nbuild quality is goodnvery easy to usenno noise during operation my old microwave was noisy nncons-nthe rotatry knob isvery loose it feels cheapnand the buttons too they need to be pressed hardly.
