It's not copper...Instead Aluminium..nowhere I have seen this written in flipkart..It should be included in specifications
Product was delivered on time with in 3 days. In another 2 days installation was done. For this product the installation was free. So the person took 850 for outdoor unit stands and that's it. Installation was good and includes putting holes into the wall, all the wiring etc. He may ask for another 150 for plug and wiring. that's it. Overall it's good and effective.
product is excellent in its range and for those who are saying its not copper piping on condenser they are wrong i myself has checked it is pure copper mixed with alloys and has confirmed it from Godrej , in description it is not mentioned but still and Godrej is providing 5 years Warranty on Condenser as well as 10 years for Compressor ...tell me which Brand provides Warranty on Condenser....Plzzz if any let me know.....
Product is good and no complaints so far, but demo and installation I haven't received any support from Flipkart I had to get it done from other sources hoping to see if godrej bothers to check.
Filpcart was timely delivered the product. Godrej technician came timely. Technician and godrej costmer care always told sir installation is not free it chargable 1500 rupees. This made sad to me. A last my stand they accepted. Technician chargable 2000 rupees . They charged 300 rupees per feet pipe. Total 1500 rupees for 5 feet pipe. They make One hol in wall charged 300 rupees. Total 1800 rupees. But they rounded 2000 rupees. For get extra money they play cheapily. First they have no identify card wear. First they told no electrical point where to be wanted fit . When l checked a idiviual point availabe for the purpose to fit AC with a separate MCB. They demand a stand but window sunshade availabe nearby. They have no any facility to work on hight.So my home in first floor but outdoor unit fitted in ground floor sunshade. Pipe have enough length but they purchased 5 feet extra pipe. I didn't feel tcehicans have talent. When idoor unit fitted they fix screw beating by hammer. Not use screw driver. l asked how can dismantle the unit when necessary. They have no answer. Installation is free but they charged 2000 rupees. It is a only one hour work but they took 8 hours from morning 10 to evening 5. Only one day experience AC working good. Noise is less. Inverter AC not mentioned anywhere in packing. This make a doubt. So technician told it is not inverter AC .So they can't install without stabilizer. I stand it is inverter AC. At last they agreed it is a inverter AC. From last to end they think how can increase fitting charge but same no plan to fix correctly.They no give a bill Godrej company to be wants a good team to fitting.
