The product is really good , cools within couple of minutes. Delivery in two days by Flipkart as promised during ordering process, cools very fast and the main thing not mentioned here is that its full cooper which is one of the best part,as alloy material decreases the life of AC and it has 10 compressor warranty while others provide 4 or 5 years warranty
Bought this AC for following reasons:n1. 5 star rating with 1.5 Tonn2. 10 years compressor warrantyn3. Godrej brand which is reputed company. Provides good support in Mumbai areannI'm satisfied with the product. It cools pretty well (though my room is currently small in size). But it will cool well for a bigger room too.nInstallation was not done properly, but after follow up with Godrej, they did a good job.nFlipkart team followed up with me throughout and it was good experience.nnPros:n1. Cools quickly. 5 star ratingn2. Remote is good, has good features. Display is good.n3. ODU makes low noise. Is compact in size. Well builtn4. IDU looks good, but a bit bigger in size.n5. Copper tubingnnCons:n1. Fan is bit on faster side. When kept on lowest setting also, it is pretty fast. Due to it the IDU make a bit more noise than expected.n2. No horizontal swing. Only vertical swingn3. Vertical swing has limited range. I wish it had more swingn4. No radium light on remote.
Cools pretty quick. So far so good. It's copper piping but aluminium condenser. I went with this coz Godrej provides 5 years warranty on condensor along with 10 years compressor warranty.nImportant thing is do check for this 10 year compressor and 5 year condensor warranty properly as there will be no different warranty card with it. I went by the service center's word and even on the website of Godrej they mention it but if purchased before November 2016. I spoke with the Godrej sales person and shs said it's extended till March 2017 and will shortly be updated on the website too. The service center ppl here do accept Flipkart's bill. After sales service is good in Pune. nWill post a complete review in summer.
Please read it carefully nnI have bought this AC just week ago. After installation i asked engineer to give demo but he refused and told me that another engineer will come for demo. My AC was not cooling properly so i raised a concern to flipkart. Flipkart raised the return request and send the company technician to check. Godrej engineer came and he accepted that AC is not cooling and he told me this product is not capable to cool as Voltas, Hitachi,and LG. After that i got a call from flipkart and i told the executive same thing. it was really shocking for me that Executive told me that he is not going o return the product as it is capable to this much of cooling only.nnNow the big question for flipkart, If customer is not satisfied with the product and telling product is not good. will flipkart listen to them or not.nnIn Ads and site home page :- Easy return policy - but when it comes to realty FLIPKART is not ready to help.nn Please do not buy this product... Complete waste of money n. I have esclated the issue to flipkart and will let you guys know what is the outcome
After buying the AC, came to know from Godrej installation team that this AC can only be installed if the distance between IDU & ODU is less than 5mtrs. nIn my case, I had to raise a return request as the distance where in wanted to install the IDU was 8mtrs away from ODU.
