I bought this AC during the free installation offer on Feb 2, 2017 after carefully reviewing multiple ACs by different manufacturer. Obviously, any customer looking for a product online will compare and go by the specifications listed for each product. So, I went ahead and bought this product considering decent specs that matched with a model titled - GSC 18 MINV WOM on Godrej appliance website. Although the title of the product on flipkart doesnt match with the product on Godrej's website, the specs did match, so i presumed it must be the similar one. Plus, free installation, 7 years warranty on compressor as well as an inverter AC was a lucrative deal for 36360 rupees. When the product delivered, the specs listed on the sticker DID NOT MATCH with FLIPKART'S product page here. The Cooling Capacity was 4800 vs 5000 on flipkart, Wattage - 1451 vs 1661 on flipkart, ODU Weight 31 kg vs 36.5 on flipkart. Also, the ODU dimensions didnt match. On top of all that, The installation service provider - Jeevs, refused to honor the free installation offer. Even though, i sent them screenshots of the offer from the date i bought. They said that Flipkart has not transferred any such information to them and it has to be fee based installation. I wrote multiple Emails to flipkart who said we will follow up within 48 hours and give you a call back. after 48 hours i received a missed call from Flipkart number. When i dialled their customer support, they said that the follow up team is different and because you didnt pick up the call, they will now call you tomorrow. The customer support didnt have any update on teh status of my return request since it was a different team handling the case. When i said at least tell me the reason why they were calling me, they must have got some update for me since they tried to call, customer service said they dont know. I mean pathetic service, i knew that the next day as well they will give a missed call and show in records that they called and i didnt answer. So i asserted myself and almost lost all hope. However, a rep named Hanif was very helpful and followed through with me for my issue and approved the return. Thanks to that one person to save me from this horrible experience. I have also reached out to Godrej to investigate which product Flipkart is selling since its specifications do not match with the product that they deliver. All in all, DO NOT BUY IT. In fact, DO NOT BUY ANY LARGE APPLIANCE FROM FLIPKART.

Noice less product and most important copper condenser with 7 yr warranty. Bought this product from market for 40k after negotiation, so flipkart giving amazing plan....plan to buy 2nd AC soon from flipkart.

Vendor is changing price frequently. Which leads to doubt on the product.

I had bought two ACs from Flipkart, one was by Carrier and other was this one. Absolutely dissatisfied with the installation service of this one. The Carrier was up and running the next day without any fuss. Firstly, this is a three star a/c which has not been mentioned anywhere on this page. Secondly, I was told that the standard installation of this a/c would be free of charge. In my absence, the a/c was installed after three days and I was charged for the ac to be installed in my old running system. When I complained about this, I was told that installation was chargeable. There are better ACs available at cheaper rates.
