Good product but installation pathetic.
Ac is ok but the installation guys were pathetic. They don't know what to do , and 1st they tried to sell different things without any reason. As per descriptions over the box insulation tape was provided inside the box. But after opening quicky they told it not present inside box. I have to take from them.I was sure they found inside box but pretended that it's not present. After 5 hours when they finally able to install it (after doing several mistakes) they asked for satisfaction code ,I denied to give that as I had to pay for the tape and also not satisfied with their work. To get the code they returned the money which they charged for tape. So if the company at all care about the customer satisfaction they need to recruit skilled engineers not road side technicians.
