The delivery was on time and the installation was delayed by a day. Everything went well but a minor warning to people planning to buy, don't just buy everything the technician says look out whether it's really needed for your AC.

The delivery of the asked A.C. was within assured time but the installation & demo team was unprofessional & less trained as other consumer reacted. After 2 times call to customer care the installation team could start my A.C. earlier they were blaming for poor quality of wiring for power supply, but after some work they started it with the same wiring.
PLS READ BEFORE PURCHES. product is good and delivery in time but installation is too bad specially they charged excess amount about the wall mounting bracket for ODU. They charged Rs 1200/- for that which online cost approx Rs 600-700 maximum. In this product one cable wire is too sort so at the time of installation we need to joint a additional wire.
