We bought this refrigerator as it was a great deal at 18000 INR. Flipkart delivered in 1.5 days and the delivery came in the time slot provided. The delivery guys were polite and made no excuses even though our house is on the 2nd Floor. The product was well packaged and did not have any defects. The Godrej representative came on the same day to demonstrate the features. He was polite and explained all the do's and dont's well. Highly recommended to buy from Flipkart for even those who are not very comfortable about buying high value items online.

Refrigerator arrived in near by delivery location 3 days before but still not delivered. And they are giving nonsense excuses that we don't vehicle for you area. Really disappointing
Dear all, The product was good as they mentioned in the app.the guy who came for delivery is pathetic guy..Do not have patience to talk with a customer..My house is on 1st floor and the fridge was suppose to be delivered there.He was showing his face for this and I arranged a local man to support him to carry out the task..
