The price of the product at flipkart was lesser than the local counterparts and in addition to that, the exchange rate was also excellent. On top of that a 10% bank reduction was icing on the cake. All in all, could not have imagined a 32% discount!nnProduct:n1. Brand: We have always trusted Godrej brand as compared to other brands as they have been long-lasting, the cooling is consistent throughout its life time, no major defects arise. n2. Compressor: The compressor has a 10 year warranty. So could not go wrong there.n3. Similar products comparison: We were looking for ~ 240L refrigerator. The closest product to this one is model '240L P3.3'. But the side containers in the freezer compartment in this model have too small a width to be of practical use (door surface to outer case; not length).nnCons:n1. Two star rating. But, the alternatives in similar price range and capacity have maximum 3 star rating. So, not much difference there... nnIn all, a great product!nnGreat offer by flipkart!nnNOTE: The following point might be a bit of an issue: The product SHOULD NOT be opened immediately after delivery. The unwrapping and demo session is given by AUTHORIZED Godrej technicians so as to ensure warranty. If you open and start using it by yourself, then your warranty might be void!!nnThis is particularly a great discomfort because we had to exchange our old refrigerator for the new one and the old product is taken away AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. So, we had to wait 3 days without refrigerator. nnHence, you need to ensure that you dispose off foods which may get spoiled, in advance...nnBut, the above process unfortunately holds WHETHER OR NOT THE PRODUCT IS PURCHASED AT FLIPKART. I am mentioning it here, because I think that this is an unnecessary inconvenience.nnSo, in all an amazing product.

Compared 240 L fridges in Metro (Yaswantpur) and zeroed on this. Nice looks spacious interiors, Value for money. Indian Brand (that was my big criterion). nnCons: Ice tray design faulty, whole thing slips wehile extracting ice, grouve is too shallow
