Worst product. It didn't work for a month even, when I call haier customer service, they asked 3 days but nobody come to repair it. I did so many calls to service center talked to their incharge, supervisor, manager but nothing worked. Sometimes they reject the call, they give excuses, finally after a month I came to know that , they don't have the replacement parts. Services of haier India company is nightmare, I wasted my money and time. They just know to sell only. Please do not ever purchase any item of haier brand. You will end up selling it in scrap.
I got this machine for 11240/- including the exchange, its one of the best rate anyone could get.nnFlipkarts service: 5 Star: 1. The WM was delivered on the next day itself (Mumbai)n 2. My old WM was checked and taken away that time itselfn 3. Flipkart themself got the WM registered to my name and address(got SMS) 4. The Demo was booked by Flipkart again & the guys came nfor delivery on the Next day!!!n 5. Demo is free only for Flipkart Custoemrs!!! (this is what the company guy said)nnAbout the Machine:nPros:n1. It is 6 Kgs, unlike others in this price rangen2. It has a steel Drum, unlike others in this price rangen3. The RPM is 1k, Faster the better for drying, even high priced machines dont give over 800 RPMn4. Body is plastic, I remember a time when I had a Metal body WM which started rusting in the 1st year itself. Here Plastic is good.n5. It has Time remainign timer, this feature is availabe in 17K+ range of WMsn6. Warrenty 1 + 5(Motor only). Its the max warrenty you can get on a WM.n7. Clothes come out 80% dry.nnCons:n1. The Detergent Box is for 1 time wash only. Why will I put the detergent in the box, I will put it directly on the clothes right.n2. Inlet pipe is just 2 Feet long.
