Hitachi R-SG37BPND is a wise investment for a family of 6 people. It has large storage, Power Efficient noiseless and very elegant in looks. This is the second one we have in our family.The delivery and installation was quick and most satisfactory.
Iam using this Ref from past 3 yrs. i bought this from CROMA. its really a good product. Completely Japanese. You can fell it from every angle. Completely Silent. Easy to move with wheels at its base. I liked everything in this Ref. The Ice Maker, The Glass inside is very strong. With Freezer at the bottom and main Cabin at the top, The Vegges remain fresh for a longer time. In this the controls are on the Door. which is bit surprising. the earlier model which i own, they are inside the main cabin. Its a sleek Ref compare to others and there by taking lesser space. It also goes well with the Kitchen Cabins. On service, I had called them during my house shifting. They did guide me properly and gave some useful tips. Not Bad. No Wounder Japanese Goods are better then Korean... :)
was enthralled to have it now giving problems top compartment not cooling enough bidding is leaking to call customer care is difficult to get through they then say call after 3 hrs very poor service emailing also turns into provide details not satisfied

I brought this fridge on 29th May 2015 and it not cooling even in rainy season have to keep cooling at high moreover hitachi customer service is pathetic and unresponsive. Never buy hitachi!
