I did not buy this AC from flipkart, but still want to share my experience. The AC is good and cools the room very quickly. Installation is done by Hitachi. It was good and quick. Amount taken for installation was Rs. 1400. AC has no issues till date ( 1 month usage). I miss the feature of LED display on Hitachi indoor unit, hence giving 4 stars. If anyone looking for AC in this capacity, I will recommend.
Flipkart service was good but ,pathetic service by Hitachi.Had read about this kind of service on most of its products but still we went ahead and purchased it thinking there might have been some improvement in their service.But we are completely disappointed.Specially the Goregaon East Ram Mandir rd service centre people are pathetic.they don't pick up the calls and the girls there who attend the phone calls(if at all they pick up) are senseless.They don't even know what they are talking and how to deal with the customer's query. Had purchased this AC last year and within few montgs the AC started giving problems like water leakage n the flip panel broke on its own n the pieces fell down the moment we switched on the AC.suggest not to go for any of its product due to its poor service n quality.Don't even think of going information this brand ever is my strong opinion.

Pathetic after sale service by hitachi...no extra ordinary performance. .
Product is very good. But the seller is very bad. Got a product with a broken seal and well packed. Seller delivered the product by local transport tampoo. Delivery guys are very bad in manner and very rough in behaviour. Arguing for tips. Don't buy from this seller.
