after delivery when i first carry the laptop it was noising from inside and after installation of OS it even does not detect USB devices like pendrives and hard disks. however delivery time and services are very good but product quality, this time is not so good
I purvhased HP pavi.. on 25/Apr/2016 and i received as defected i fill return request bit flipkart is not responding neither customer care is helping me i want to say very very poor service by Flipkart and HP also i still have damged item and regular follow up but no response from flipkart
