I’ve purchased HP-15ac025TX on jan 12,2016. Within 2 months, this unit started making trouble.nits dvd tray have been replaced, after that part been replaced, it stoped working and then I complain for the same. They register the case with case id 4775366708 on july 18, 2016. And after a long wait HP service center replaced the motherboard. And as this replacement happened this causes:n1. Graphic card doesnt supporting my unitn2. Speakers are not supporting the unitn3. Intermittent wifi servicesn4. Most importantly RAM is not supporing the slot, that leads to ‘NO DISPLAY’ in the unit.nToday its august 7,2016 and the there is no service is provided by the service center,its more than 20 days and more than 6 engineer visits and what they are doing is they further allivating the case . and my device is having 1 year onsite warranty with ADP cover. Still no solution provided, so due to the poor service provided, I don’t recommend you to by any HP product.
I feel flipkart do not provide good product as per speciation.
