Display and Configuration
The HP 15-AC040TU (M9U93PA) laptop has a 15.6-inch HD LED widescreen display and boots on DOS operating system. The system is driven by a 1.9GHz Intel Pentium dual-core 3825U processor, 4GB of RAM and inbuilt Intel HD graphics card. The user can expand the RAM capacity upto 8GB for better performance. The black coloured laptop weighs 2.2Kg and measures 384 x 255 x 24mm.
Camera, Input Devices and Storage
For video calling and recording purposes, the laptop is armed with an HP truevision webcam and integrated digital microphone. A touchpad with multi-touch gesture support and a full-size island-style with numeric keypad are the input devices which perform well and are quick to respond. A supermulti DVD RW drive with dual layer support is also available for the user. On the storage ground, one can save a lot of files in the 500GB SATA hard disk.
Battery and Connectivity
The laptop is fuelled by a 4 cell li-ion battery which claims to render a backup upto 4 hours. For networking and sharing, the laptop offers options such as Ethernet 10/100 BASE-T, Wireless LAN 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, two USB 2.0 slots, one USB 3.0 slot, an HDMI out, a digital media reader, a headphone jack and a microphone jack.
