This is very good laptop with awesome looks, Good Sound Quality and very light weight. Would really recommend to go with this product...no need to search anything thing if you wish to buy the same configuration ...go get it. :) I bought it from Flipkart with super fast delivery and discounts...am Happy to buy it from Flipkart. But the only problem is with its automatic consideration of same shipping and billing addresses...However I hope that Flipkart will take care of that so that buyers can have different shipping and billing name and address if needed.
The laptop is good. But the Flipkart experience-Horrendous. They did not deliver the 'green-blurb' items in the offer. I complained on the customer satisfaction questionnaire and submitted written and on-phone complaints-Each time I was fobbed off with - "we will definitely redress it" and a time frame of 24-48 hours given. Nothing. So- if you do decide to go with a high value purchase with Flipkart- Buyer Beware !
