I have purchase this product on 29th August 2013, and there is no any problem I found in this product, I am just sharing my experience that most of the people afraid purchasing costly electronic product as i was when i purchased but no need to be afraid purchasing online Electronic product, & Snapdeal is such a safe place to order online Product.
GOOD LAPTOP
A good laptop for 21k, performance is very decent, looks great but the keyboard is a very bad thing, gives a cheap plasticky look and feel and a bit noisy. Otherwise everything is very cool. A definete good buy for home use. The B960 processor is a little inferior to B2020 so a similar model with B2020 will be a better choice and is costly by 1000 to 2000.
light weigh, good looking, glossy finish, a budget friendly lappy , for basic needs ths one is good, dont buy this if u want to play high end games or hd movies, ths is an average lappy, suitable for office jobs and even for students, i bought ths for my sister who needs it for presentation and to study online.
