It has been 3 days and I am using this laptop and I must say the experience is very pleasant . The laptop got delivered on the second day of my order(man I was very much exited about the laptop) I got it in good and working condition. nnNow to the laptop featurenn1) Intel i3 second generation, ram 3 GB, hard disk 500 GB, man this is so cool..I3 second generation it's really fast..nn2) The first thing you notice about the laptop is its screen it's quite moderate but they(HP) could have done better but again at this price i shall say this is good.nn3) The second Imp thing with this laptop is the keypad it takes a lil time to adjust with the keypad but once your are adjusted with this it's good.nn4)the speakers are outstandingly good altec lencing, you can have a DJ party with these speakers. nn5) For the Bluetooth and WiFI I had to struggle for the appropriate but finally I got the right one(atheros)nn6) The another best feature about this laptop is the battery backup it's more than 4 hour which is I think more than best..nnNo wonder why the word "cheap and best has come"
This laptop given its current price and specs is ideal for those who want to upgrade to Intel's next generation of processors. This laptop comes with a 2nd generation of i3 processor, which in my opinion is sufficient for web surfing, MS office etc.nnI am using it for last one month and I am pretty much satisfied with its performance but following points are worth mentioning:nn1. It might take some time to adjust to its keypad and touchpad....these two major input devices are one of the major drawback of this particular model.nn2. It comes with Altec Lansing speakers, needless to say with better sound clarity.nn3. Display is moderate as it doesn't have a dedicated graphic card, which I believe is upgradable.nn4. Battery backup is satisfactory, with moderate usage under power saver mode, it lasts for more than 4.5 hours.nn5. One of the plus point of this model is that it has 3 USB ports, which means greater connectivity to external devices, but sadly HP didn't really improved much here. 2 of the slots are so awkwardly placed close to each other that sometimes you end up using only one.nn6. One good point is the HDMI port which comes with this model, hence the ability of connect to LCD TVs.nnAll in all not a bad deal for this price range, plus although its not important but this model has a kool visual appeal.
The laptop was delivered in 3 days which is good. i had high expectations on how its packed because of all the reviews i read, but the packing is not as exceptional as these guys claim.. its great that's for sure but not exceptional(may be i had too high expectation because of all the reviews), i cant complain about packing or delivery both are good. now to the product..nn1. It looks better than what is shown on picture.. i was skeptical of choosing 14 inch over 15.6 inch but after using it for 2 days i now feel like 14 inch is the right size for a laptop not 15.6!!nn2. The speakers are very good, they are made by 'Altec Lansing' my favorite company when it comes to speakers. the build quality is goodnn3. The HP logo doesn't appear very good to me, its a beautiful logo but the way its printed on the laptop is not that eye pleasing(well to me). nn4. The fan noise can be little high sometimes(especially when using optical drive).nn5. one interesting thing is that one of its RAM is Samsung made and the second one is of another make from what i saw(both are DDR3 1333 though).nn6. Remember to reduce the brightness, disable wifi and bluetooth after you install OS.. it can give you another 45 min while on battery. nn7. And the most important part .. for bluetooth and WiFi HP website shows lots of drivers, you dont need to install them all.. just install Aetheros Bluetooth driver and Aetheros WiFi and you are done. For LAN install realtek LAN driver.nn8.Well i forgot to mention the display.. its glassy display and i love glassy displays(sorry matte boys). display is good and i am able to work fine with the lowest brightness level.nnoverall a good product, for this price you cant get such good product from such good reliable and reputed brand.

This laptop is a value for money and nice performance except for a dedicated graphics card but still able to play games such as batman AS, burnout paradise, cs. If you want to buy an average money saving laptop this is the best. GO for it. A request to make this price little lower. Thank you
