The OnePlus 12R is a terrific value flagship phone, offering solid upgrades in almost every aspect compared to the OnePlus 11R. You get a brighter display, better battery life, and faster performance. However, the cameras remain untouched, for better or worse.

The HP ProBook 4540s (D5J49PA) is packed with a host of powerful features which are seen only in premium priced notebooks. Such features include a mighty configuration with Intel Core i5 processor and 6GB RAM, spill resistant keyboard, 4 USB ports, responsive optical drive and mighty battery backup. However, HP has skipped any preloaded OS for keeping the price under control.
Handy business companion within budget
Display, Processor and OS

The HP ProBook 4540s (D5J49PA) features a 15.6-inch HD LED backlit Anti Glare display which has a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels and permits you to work for long hours without straining your eyes.

At the heart of the device there is a mighty 3rd generation Intel Core i5 processor racing at 2.5GHz and loaded on B75 Express chipset. The CPU is supported by a powerful 6GB DDR3 RAM operating at 1333MHz which comes as a surprise in this price range. It can be expanded up to 8GB for better response.

Rich graphics is managed by the integrated Intel HD 4000 GPU. It comes preloaded with 64 bit DOS which is another surprise, in the negative sense though. However, this is one area where the vendor has saved a lot of money to input powerful features in other department.

Camera, Storage and Multimedia

The HP ProBook 4540s (D5J49PA) carries a webcam paired with digital microphone for online video calls. It comes with 750GB HDD which offers sufficient space for storing files. It even has a SuperMulti DVD RW Drive with dual layer support so that streaming high quality files is a breeze.

The stereo speakers powered by SRS Premium Sound PRO deliver HD Audio solution. It has got a spill resistant keyboard and gesture supported touchpad.

Battery and Connectivity

The HP ProBook 4540s (D5J49PA) boasts of uninterrupted service for up to 7 hours with a 6 cell Li-ion battery. It can be connected using Gigabit Ethernet, WLAN, Bluetooth v4.0, digital media reader, HDMI out, 2 USB 3.0 slots, 2 USB 2.0 ports and VGA port.
