Product is faulty...I registered complaints many times. Nobody gives proper response. I m being cheated. I will complaint in police station as well as in media. Now u see what I do...
Superb Product (Received last week) Pros: 1. Good Looking and Sturdy Body design. 2. Ink Tank technology is very economical. Print cost very low compared to Cartridge printers. 3. Ink filling tank body design excellent. No ink spills while refilling. Cleanest compared to any printer available on market. I can tell you from my past experience of using Epson l200 inktank printer. 4. Fast printouts and sharp Colors even for photos. 5. Superb wireless printing. If you have WiFi at home, wireless is must feature. Very easy to print from mobile via HP app Cons: 1. No installation support. I had to install printer using YouTube videos. It's required because printerheads have to be manually plugged in which I feel would be difficult for average people and any mishap could cause permanent damage to the product. Flipkart told me that there is no demo/installation facility but I had received it for my Epson printer I bought 4 yrs back. 2. Printout holding stand (not shown in any product photos) is very thin and cheap plastic and is most prone to damage. 3. App issue only : Printing photos from mobile app has a bug wherein, photos get cut from borders(atleast 1 inch) from all sides. Also photos can be printed only of A4 size. Can't print other sizes. I still feel cons are insignificant and so I give 5 stars. Incase I face any issue while I use it, I will update but for a week review, it's best
