Print quality is not apriciatable..engineer not install properly.. Wifi not working frequently...when give call for the replacement flipkart rejected it. Fake commitment by flipkart... Don't order this product... Pls go to shop and pay little higher and use.... I recommend epaon L80 is more than beat products from HP
I have received the Hp printer and called company executive for installation.The printer is not working and installation process doesn't proceed. Company executive has give mail to replace the product as the printer is faulty. Now that I contact flipcart I am being given false promises for replacing the product. We also tried contacting reseller but his mobile is always switched off. People at flipcart kindly look into matter and this is my first ever online purchase from flipcart.This experience makes me question whether I will able to trust flipcart ever.
