Display and Configuration

The HP Pro 8 comes with an 8.0-inch (20.32 cm) IPS LCD multitouch capacitive display offering a modest viewing experience with a resolution of 800 x 1,280 pixels and a pixel density of 189 ppi. The device is powered by Quad-core, 1.3 GHz, Cortex A53 processor which is seated on MediaTek MT 8735 chipset. The processor is coupled with 2GB RAM for great multitasking facility and Mali-T720 MP2 graphics for watching HD videos and playing 3D games.

Camera and Storage

The Tablet is equipped with a 5MP primary camera with LED flash for capturing photos and videos. It also features a 2MP front-facing sensor for making video calls and taking selfies. In the storage department, it has an internal memory of 16GB which is further expandable up to 64GB through using a microSD card.

Battery and Connectivity

The HP Pro 8 is fueled by a 6000mAH li-polymer Non-Removable battery. Connectivity options include Wifi 802.11, b/g/n, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS/ A-GPS and micro USB 2.0. Sensors on the tablet include Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor and Gyroscope.
