Apple reportedly testing 20th anniversary iPhone, foldable successor and camera-equipped AirPods for 2027 launch

Apple’s 20th anniversary of the iPhone is still more than a year away, but the company is reportedly already laying the groundwork for what could become one of its most ambitious hardware refresh cycles in recent memory.

According to Bloomberg‘s Mark Gurman, Apple is testing a range of products for 2027, including special anniversary iPhone models, a second-generation foldable iPhone, AirPods equipped with cameras and new AI wearables. The devices are reportedly being developed alongside iOS 28, internally codenamed “Bell.”
