The BoAt PartyPal series brings karaoke and DJ features
The new range includes the PartyPal 650, PartyPal 600 Plus, PartyPal 500, PartyPal 390 Plus, PartyPal 230, PartyPal Boom, PartyPal Ultra and PartyPal Rumbl. Despite differences in size and output, boAt has designed the range around interactive features rather than audio playback alone.
A key feature across the lineup is Karaoke ProTuner, which claims to automatically adjust vocals in real time during karaoke sessions. The speakers also offer features such as RGB lighting, DJ controls, microphone support and guitar connectivity, depending on the model.
The company has designed the speakers for different types of gatherings, with wired and wireless connectivity options across the range.
PartyPal 650 is the flagship model
The PartyPal 650 sits at the top of the new lineup and delivers 300W of audio output. It comes with Karaoke ProTuner and two UHF wireless microphones, making it the most feature-packed option in the range.

The speaker also gets built-in DJ tracks and a dedicated Bass Drop Pad for adding sound effects, while its RGB lighting can sync with music. Users can customise sound and lighting settings through the boAt Hearables app.
For connectivity, the PartyPal 650 supports Bluetooth 5.3, TWS, AUX, USB and TF card playback, along with guitar and wired microphone inputs. It also has built-in wheels for easier portability and offers up to five hours of playback.
Should you buy the boAt PartyPal series?
The eight speakers are priced between Rs 9,499 and Rs 24,999 in India. The full lineup is available through the boAt website, Amazon India, Flipkart and leading retail outlets across the country. The PartyPal 650 is the most expensive model in the range, while the remaining speakers are positioned at lower price points for buyers looking for a more affordable party speaker.
The PartyPal range is for buyers who want more than a conventional Bluetooth speaker, particularly those interested in karaoke, lighting and party-focused users. However, the value heavily depends on the specific model and its sound performance. At the higher end, the PartyPal 650 is in a segment with several established brands, so its 300W output and extra features will need to offer enough of an advantage over rivals to justify the price.
For buyers who mainly want a speaker for music playback, a conventional Bluetooth speaker may offer better value. The PartyPal lineup is more niche and suited to users who want an all-in-one entertainment system for parties and group gatherings.
