Update: Infinix has officially revealed the launch date for the Note 60 Pro. The smartphone is scheduled to launch in India on April 13th. Infinix has updated its website with a teaser image of the Note 60 Pro and a countdown for launch day.

Original story follows..

Infinix launched the Note 60 Ultra at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 last month. The smartphone has an interesting design with a secondary display at the back for notifications, icons, and more. Another phone with a similar design might launch soon, and in India. It’s the Infinix Note 60 Pro, which is tipped to launch in India this month, according to tipster Paras Guglani. The smartphone has debuted globally, but it’s yet to arrive in India.

According to a post shared by the tipster, the Infinix Note 60 Pro’s India launch details were spotted on a website, suggesting the phone might debut on April 17th. It appears to be a teaser for the Infinix Note 60 Pro for India, alongside a possible collaboration with Call of Duty Mobile. The smartphone’s highlight would be its ‘Active Matrix Display’, which might remind one of Nothing’s Glyph Matrix on the Phone (3). It’s a customisable small LED display that shows notifications for calls and messages, reminders, and even has something called Pixel Pets.

Infinix Note 60 Pro specifications

The specifications are also expected to remain the same as the global model. Here’s the breakdown:

  • 6.78-inch 1.5K (1208 x 2644 pixels) AMOLED display, 144Hz adaptive refresh rate, Gorilla Glass 7i protection, 4,500 nits peak brightness
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC, up to 12GB RAM
  • 6500mAh battery, 90W wired charging, 30W wireless charging
  • 50MP primary, 8MP ultra-wide, 13MP front camera

Based on the specifications, the Infinix Note 60 Pro offers a premium display with a high refresh rate and brightness level. This would make the phone suitable for not just everyday use but also gaming. The Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset puts it in the mid-range segment and should be capable of regular to moderate usage. The battery capacity is also decent, although it may seem slightly modest against 7,000mAh+ phones. The advantage here is wireless charging support, a feature usually found on flagship phones. The Infinix Note 60 Pro’s camera setup also suggests that it’s primarily designed for casual photography, rather than enthusiasts.

The tipster suggests that the Infinix Note 60 Pro will be priced under Rs 30,000 in India. If accurate, then it would put the Note 60 Pro in a competitive segment, but with specs to justify itself. If you’re on the lookout for a mid-range phone, then you might want to wait for the Infinix Note 60 Pro, as it seems promising for its display, performance, and the secondary display that will definitely make it stand out among other phones.

If you currently own an old smartphone, this could be a worthwhile upgrade because of its display, chipset, reliable battery, and rear display. Wireless charging and the rear display might help the Infinix Note 60 Pro stand out among its rivals in the mid-range segment.
