Lava smartwatch price, key details tipped

As per tipster Mukul Sharma, Lava is getting ready to launch its smartwatch, speculated to be priced around Rs 4,000.
The tipped smartwatch is purportedly tailored for the Indian market and will integrate AI technology.
No other details about the upcoming Lava smartwatch are known at the moment. We can expect the company to come up with official details soon.

If the information is accurate, this will mark a significant shift for the homegrown brand. Lava has been known for selling basic phones and smartphones until now. However, they'll be entering a market where several other phone brands like OPPO, OnePlus, Realme, Vivo, and Xiaomi already offer smartwatches and other wearable gadgets.

Additionally, it is important to note that Indian brands like Noise, boAt, and Fire-Boltt already have a strong user base in the smartwatch segment.
As per a recent report by market research firm Counterpoint, Fire-Boltt secured the top spot in the Indian smartwatch market in 2023, holding a 30 percent share.
Following closely behind, Noise and boAt claimed the second and third positions with market shares of 25 percent and 17 percent, respectively.

On the other hand, the homegrown brand has teased a new phone, which might be called Lava Blaze Curve 5G. The upcoming device is anticipated to sport a 120Hz curved AMOLED display and support 5G connectivity. It is rumoured to feature a 64MP Sony sensor as its primary camera. Additionally, it is not officially confirmed, but the Blaze Curve 5G is expected to be launched for Indian consumers in March.
