Highlights

After releasing the Realme Buds Air8 back in January in India, the brand is now prepping to launch its ‘Pro’ counterpart, the Realme Buds Air8 Pro. Set to be unveiled on May 22nd, the Realme Watch S5 will tag along with the TWS, further enriching the brand’s wearables portfolio. Realme has previously confirmed that the Realme 16T is also launching on May 22nd. Realme notes that the Buds Air8’s highlights include up to 55dB noise cancellation with premium dual-DAC drivers, while the Watch S5 is tuned to last 20 days on a single charge, while having 110 sports modes.

Realme Buds Air8 Pro key details and design revealed

Coming in a design similar to the Realme Buds Air8, the Buds Air8 Pro also features a plateau-style lid with a glossy plate on the earbuds’ stem. While the Buds Air8 came in three colourways, it appears that the Buds Air 8Pro will only be available in black and white shades.

The earbuds offer up to 55dB Ultra Depth Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) that intelligently adapts in real time to surrounding noise levels. This should effectively minimise distractions, making them ideal for travel, office use, and indoor listening sessions. Realme has also equipped the Buds Air8 Pro with a dual DAC driver setup, tuned to deliver deeper bass, clearer vocals, and richer detail across music and gaming. Additionally, the earbuds feature AI-powered call noise cancellation, which aims to provide clearer voice quality even in noisy environments.

The Realme Buds Air7 Pro retailed for Rs 5,499. The upcoming Air8 Pro could be priced on similar lines or slightly on the higher side due to advanced tuning and hardware.
