After the release of the Realme P4 Power just last month, the Realme P4 Lite 4G has launched today, making it the fifth smartphone in the P4 lineup. Aimed at budget-conscious buyers, the smartphone starts at Rs 9,999 and features a 6,300mAh battery, a wave-pattern rear design paired with a circular RGB Pulse Light to make it stand out from others. The device will be made available on Flipkart, Realme’s official online store, and retail stores starting February 24th.

The Realme P4 Lite 4G will be available in two storage variants: the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage option will retail for Rs 9,999, while the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage option is priced at Rs 11,999. As part of the first sale, buyers can get Rs 1,000 instant off using a coupon and an additional Rs 1,000 discount using bank cards. It comes in Sea Blue, Beach Gold, and Obsidian Black colour shades.

Realme P4 lite design news
As for the specifications, the Realme P4 Lite 4G runs on the Unisoc T7250, the same chipset we recently saw on the Tecno Spark Go 3, which is priced at Rs 8,999. Realme claims this particular processor can achieve 2,80,000 score on AnTuTu (v10) benchmark, indicating entry-level performance for basic tasks, such as calling, watching videos, and browsing the internet or social media apps.

Interestingly, despite being a budget-oriented handset, the P4 Lite 4G features the ‘GT Mode’, a performance enhancement system often found on Realme’s mid-range and high-end smartphones to boost the gaming experience. Taking advantage of this, Realme notes that the handset can run Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Honor of Kings at 60FPS for two hours straight.

Spearheading the processor and other components is a segment-leading 6,300mAh battery, which is paired with 15W charging speeds for topping up the phone from 0 to 58 percent in an hour. With reverse charging support, the P4 Lite 4G holds the ability to charge other devices at up to 6W. Furthermore, despite having a beefy battery, the phone weighs 201g and is relatively slim at 7.94mm.

Realme P4 lite display news
Up front, there’s a 6.74-inch LCD display with up to 90Hz refresh rate and 563nits brightness support. Realme has also bundled ‘Smart Touch’, allowing the display to remain responsive even under wet conditions or when using it with gloves. Despite having a single speaker, the P4 Lite 4G can touch up to 300 percent volume, and during calls, it filters out 86 percent of environmental noise using AI Call Noise Reduction 2.0.

In terms of cameras, the Realme P4 Lite 4G gets a 13MP rear camera along with a 5MP selfie shooter. Realme has gone a step further and added multiple AI imaging features, such as AI Eraser, AI Clear Face, and AI Image Matting, for the best photo results. Seeing the demand for AI features, it’s good to see Realme catering to AI use cases even in the budget segment. All these features, along with Circle to Search and AI Boost, are part of the Android 15-based Realme UI skin running on the smartphone.

Starting at Rs 9,999, the Realme P4 Lite 4G places high emphasis on a massive battery for long endurance on a single charge. With a stylish design and multiple colour options, it’s paired with an RGB Pulse Light on the rear to enhance the phone’s visual appeal. While the Unisoc T7250 processor may not offer segment-leading gaming performance, it should deliver enough prowess for daily workloads. That said, if you wish to experience a matured software like Realme UI and like to flaunt your phone’s rear design, the P4 Lite 4G could be a suitable option for you.
