Realme P4 Lite 5G’s India launch announcement was made last week. The smartphone is confirmed to feature a 7,000mAh battery, and more details about the handset have been revealed now. This is the sixth model to join the Realme P4 series, which already has a 4G variant for the P4 Lite. The upcoming Realme P4 Lite 5G is expected to cater to the budget segment with a large battery and a smooth display.
The Realme P4 Lite 5G’s 7,000mAh battery is said to last for 1.47 days of usage on a single charge. The actual performance can be determined only after reviewing the device. The smartphone is confirmed to feature a 144Hz display with 900 nits of peak brightness. The high refresh rate will most likely kick in only during gaming, but it’s still a rare feature for a budget phone.
The smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, a popular choice in the budget segment. Although not leading, the Dimensity 6300 is still a capable chipset for regular usage. Realme is adding a 5300mm² Airflow VC cooling system, which should help with heat dissipation while gaming or doing intensive tasks.
The Realme P4 Lite 5G is also quite durable, with MIL-STD-810H military-grade and ArmorShell protection, and IP64 dust and water resistance as well. The smartphone is getting a 13MP AI rear camera. It will be available in Mosaic Green and Mosaic Blue colours in an 8.4mm thick design.
Realme is launching the P4 Lite 5G in India on March 19th at 12 noon, and the phone will be available to purchase via realme.com, Flipkart, and offline stores. There’s no word on the pricing yet, but it will most likely cost more than the Realme P4 Lite 4G, which starts at Rs 9,999. The Realme P4 Lite 5G could be a better alternative with a faster 5G support, a large battery, and good durability. It might be a good option for those upgrading from a 4G phone or anyone looking for a budget phone with reliable battery life.
