Realme P4 Power is launching in India as the first phone to house a 10,001mAh battery. This is the biggest battery capacity you can get on a commercial smartphone in India, and something that we’re not used to seeing at all. 7,000mAh batteries have only started becoming mainstream, and we’re already getting a 10,001mAh-powered phone. Other than its massive battery, the Realme P4 Power is also teased to feature a 144Hz display, a 50MP camera, and more. It’s also the first time we’re getting a battery-focused smartphone in Realme’s P-series, which expands to different price brackets in the mid-range segment.
Before the Realme P4 Power’s India launch, here’s a detailed look at everything we know about the phone so far.

India launch date
The Realme P4 Power is scheduled to launch in India tomorrow, on January 29th. The smartphone is confirmed to go on sale via realme.com and Flipkart. The launch event will take place at 12 pm, and it will be livestreamed via YouTube. We’ve attached the livestream link below for easier access.
Design and colours
Realme has already revealed the P4 Power’s design and colours. The smartphone features a ‘TransView Design’ with visible, circuit-inspired patterns on the upper panel and a matte finish on the lower half for better grip. The phone will come in three colours: TransOrange, TransSilver, and TransBlue. Another important aspect of the Realme P4 Power’s design is its weight. Despite housing a large battery, the P4 Power manages to weigh 219g.

Specifications (confirmed and expected)
Let’s start with the battery. It’s a 10,001mAh Titan Battery on the Realme P4 Power, which is claimed to deliver around 32.5 hours of video streaming on a single charge and still retain about 86 percent battery after two hours of continuous gaming. The battery is also said to have been built with advanced health technology to minimise long-term degradation.
The Realme P4 Power is said to last for 1.5 days on a single charge. This scenario would be ideal for people who travel frequently, rely heavily on 5G hotspots, or spend long hours on gaming and video streaming. Paired with the 10,001mAh battery is 80W fast charging, along with bypass charging and 27W reverse charging.
Up front, the smartphone will house a HyperGlow 4D Curve+ display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset with the HyperVision+ AI chip, suggesting a good focus on AI features. It will most likely be a dual-camera setup on the Realme P4 Power, with a 50MP Sony OIS main camera confirmed. The secondary camera could be an ultra-wide sensor. This setup is quite standard for a mid-range phone, but the lack of versatility could be an issue for some.
Expected price
The Realme P4 Power’s alleged box price is said to be Rs 37,999. While the official retail price is expected to be lower than the box price, it would still likely place the phone close to the Rs 30,000 mark. If that happens, it would represent a significant jump over the previous lineup, considering the Realme P3 Ultra, the most expensive model in the series, starts at Rs 26,999.
The Realme P4 Power’s positioning is clear. Its biggest highlight is the battery, which is set to be the largest you’ll find in this segment, making it an obvious choice for users who prioritise battery life above everything else. Beyond that, the rest of the specifications look adequate but may fall short of what buyers typically expect from a well-rounded mid-range phone. Real-world testing will ultimately determine how the device performs in everyday use.
