Realme P4 Power is now official in India with the biggest battery you can find on a commercial smartphone. It’s a 10,001mAh Titan Battery promising multi-day usage across gaming, streaming, and browsing social media. Realme seems to have quickly moved from concept to reality as it showcased 10,000mAh and 15,000mAh concept phones last year, and it’s now available for users to purchase. There has been a growing trend in smartphone batteries over the past year, and Realme seems to have taken things too seriously with its latest device.
Realme P4 Power has been launched at a starting price of Rs 25,999 in India, keeping it in the mid-range category. Realme is offering a bank discount of Rs 2,000, 6 months no-cost EMI, free 4-year battery warranty, and Rs 1,000 exchange offer. The sale starts on February 5th, 12 pm via realme.com, Flipkart, and retail stores.
The handset comes in three variants and colours, including TransSilver, TransOrange, and TransBlue. Here’s a detailed look at the Realme P4 Power’s prices and variants.
| Variant | Colour | Price |
| 8GB + 128GB | TransSilver, TransBlue | Rs 25,999 |
| 8GB + 256GB | TransSilver, TransOrange, TransBlue | Rs 27,999 |
| 12GB + 256GB | TransSilver, TransOrange | Rs 30,999 |
Let’s start with the phone’s highlight, its battery. The Realme P4 Power houses a 10,001mAh battery, which is said to last for 1.5 days on a single charge. We expect it to go further, depending on the usage, but the phone shouldn’t give anyone battery anxiety from regular to power users. The smartphone comes with 80W fast charging, along with bypass charging and 27W reverse charging. So the Realme P4 Power can easily double as a power bank to charge other devices.
Up front is a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED HyperGlow 4D Curve+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate. This is a good display setup for its price, and should deliver a smooth scrolling experience and gaming as well. The curved display is something we’ll have to see if it causes any issues while gaming. Under the hood of the phone runs the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset paired with the HyperVision+ AI chip.
The chipset may offer modest numbers in terms of performance, but we should get a better idea once we test it in real-world scenarios. It’s also expected to have good thermals as the phone is equipped with a 4613mm² AirFlow VC with a 13743mm² Extra-large Graphite Area for heat dissipation.
For optics, you get a 50MP Sony OIS primary camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera with 4K video recording support. There’s a 16MP selfie camera on the front. This camera setup is decent at best, but you get several AI features such as AI Edit Genie 2.0, AI Instant Clip, AI Perfect Shot, AI LightMe & AI StyleMe, and more. These AI features should help in getting more out of the Realme P4 Power’s cameras.
The smartphone runs realme UI 7.0 with Android 16 out of the box. This is the latest software for Realme phones, and it features ‘Flux Engine’, designed to deliver ultra-realistic motion and seamless simultaneous animations. Realme P4 Power will get 3 OS upgrades and 4 years of security patches. This software support is standard for its price, but some phones like the Vivo T4 Pro offer up to 6 years of updates.
In terms of durability, the Realme P4 Power comes with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. The handset also gets ArmorShellTM Protection and Corning Gorilla Glass on the front, so it’s pretty secure.
With a starting price of Rs 25,999, the Realme P4 Power sits in the popular mid-range category. We’re yet to review the device, but based on the specifications, the Realme P4 Power can be easily recommended for power users and gamers, who rely on a strong battery life. Those looking for a camera-centric phone may want to consider options like the Motorola Edge 60 Pro. We’d still advise waiting for reviews before going ahead to purchase the Realme P4 Power.
