The entire Samsung Galaxy S25 series has bagged a necessary certification for launch in the US. The Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra have been spotted on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website. This indicates at the imminent launch of the next-generation flagships from the South Korean brand. The Galaxy S25 series has already appeared on the Geekbench, BIS, 3C, and other certification sites. Read on to learn what the FCC listings reveal about the devices. 

Samsung Galaxy S25 series appears on FCC

  • The Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra in the US have model numbers SM-931U, SM-936U, and SM-938U respectively on the FCC website. 
  • All three devices will come with support for 5G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and NFC connectivity. 
  • The listing mentions the presence of ultrawide-band on the Galaxy S25+ and S25 Ultra whereas the standard model will miss out on it. 
  • The Galaxy S25 is tested with a travel adapter that has model number EP-TA800. 
  • This means that the device will support 25W charging which is the same as its predecessor. 
  • The battery on the standard variant is listed carries a model number EB-BS931ABY (SDI).
  • Meanwhile, as per FCC, the model number of the Samsung Galaxy S25+ and S25 Ultra’s travel adapter is EP-T2510. 
  • This hints at support for 45W wired fast charging. 
  • The Galaxy S25 Ultra will obviously come with S-Pen with EJ-PS938 model number and Wacom as the manufacturer. 
  • Notably, the FCC certification reveals that the vanilla Galaxy S25 will support 9W wireless power transfer which refers to reverse wireless charging. 
  • This means that the phone will be capable of charging other devices like TWS earphones wirelessly.
