Samsung Galaxy S26 series India prices revealed: how do they compare globally?
Samsung has revealed the India pricing for the brand-new Galaxy S26 series, and it’s higher than last year across the board. The Galaxy S26 starts at Rs 87,999, the S26+ at Rs 1,19,999, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra at Rs 1,39,999. Samsung has made 256GB the base storage this time, which helps on paper, but the jump from the S25 series is still noticeable.
The Galaxy S25 launched in India starting at Rs 80,999, with the S25+ at Rs 99,999 and the S25 Ultra at Rs 1,29,999. With the S26 lineup, Samsung is inching closer to Apple’s Pro pricing. In India, the Galaxy S26 and S26+ run on the Exynos 2600, while the Galaxy S26 Ultra (first impressions) uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy. Colour options include Black, White, Sky Blue and Cobalt Violet for the S26 and Ultra, and Black and Cobalt Violet for the S26+. For buyers in this segment, the decision is less about raw hardware and more about ecosystem and priorities.
