Vivo T5 launching in India on September 2nd with 7,050mAh battery, Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset

Vivo has confirmed it is launching the Vivo T5 in India on September 2nd, bringing a slim design, curved AMOLED display and a 7,050mAh battery to its T-series lineup. The phone will also use the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset, much like the recently launched iQOO Z11, also from the house of Vivo.

The Vivo T5 will join the T5 Lite, T5 Pro, T5e and T5x in India in the mid-range T-series. Vivo had earlier revealed the T5’s price range, and has now shows its design along with key hardware.

Vivo T5 design and specifications

The Vivo T5 will come in Royal Bronze and Silver Green and measures 7.99 mm thick. Vivo says it is the slimmest phone in its segment with a battery capacity above 7,000mAh. It features a 6.83-inch 1.5K 3D curved AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo processor. The phone will run OriginOS and will include an NPU for generative AI features.
