The Vivo X200T appears to be edging closer to an India launch, with its prices now leaked online. According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the phone is expected to launch in two variants: Rs 59,999 for the 12GB + 256GB storage model, and Rs 69,999 for the 12GB + 512GB option.
Vivo has already started teasing the X200T on Flipkart, confirming that the phone is coming to India. The teaser offers a brief look at the rear design, which features Vivo’s familiar circular camera module and confirms the use of Zeiss optics. What makes the timing interesting is that the X200 series is technically last year’s flagship lineup, with the newer X300 series already official in India. The X200T looks like a strategic addition rather than a replacement.
Based on leaked details, the Vivo X200T seems positioned between the standard X200 and the X200 FE. It’s expected to feature a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display and run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. On the software side, the phone is tipped to ship with Android 16 and OriginOS 6, along with a long-term update promise of five Android OS updates and seven years of security patches. In this price bracket, that level of software support is starting to become baseline and extending outside of Samsung, Google and Apple.
Cameras are likely to be a major focus, as is the case with all Vivo flagships. The X200T is said to carry a triple 50MP rear camera setup, including a Sony LYT-702 main sensor with OIS, a Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera, and a Sony LYT-600 periscope lens, all backed by Zeiss. A 32MP front camera handles selfies. On paper, this puts the X200T in camera-first territory, closer to Vivo’s flagship phones than its mid-range offerings.
Battery and charging also point in that direction. The phone is tipped to pack a 6,200mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support. Other features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, eSIM support, and a large vapour chamber cooling system.
If the leaked prices are accurate, the Vivo X200T would compete directly with phones like the OPPO Reno 15 Pro Mini, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, and even the upcoming Motorola Signature, which is expected to sit in a similar price range. Vivo’s pitch appears to be strong cameras, fast charging, and long software support, rather than chasing a single standout spec.
For buyers, the X200T could make sense if Vivo manages to keep performance and camera quality close to its higher-end models while undercutting full flagship pricing. Those who want the newest platform may still look at the X300 series, while deal hunters may find better value lower down. But for anyone looking for a balanced, near-flagship phone without stepping into Ultra-level prices, the Vivo X200T could land in a comfortable middle ground if the leaks hold true.
