Vivo’s upcoming X300 Ultra and X300 FE could see a broader release than their predecessors, based on recent certification listings. Both models have appeared on Indonesia’s SIRIM database, a regulatory step that typically precedes launches across Southeast Asia and other global markets. That would mark a shift from last year, when the X200 Ultra remained limited to China.
The X300 Ultra (model V2562) has also been listed in IMEI records since late 2025, while the X300 FE (model V2537) has surfaced more recently. These filings suggest the devices could reach parts of Asia and Europe, though Vivo rarely launches its flagships in the US.
Leaks indicate the X300 Ultra will be the larger, camera-focussed model. Expected specifications include a 6.82-inch 2K OLED display, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and a 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired charging. Camera details remain unconfirmed, but reports point to a 200MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. A separate tip mentions a 400mm fixed-focus teleconverter lens designed for long-range photography, which seems plausible considering photography kits are quite in trend with photography-focussed flagships from OPPO and Xiaomi.
The X300 FE is expected to serve as a smaller, lower-priced alternative and may be a global version of the China-only Vivo S50 Pro Mini. Early benchmark listings suggest a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with a 6.31-inch 1.5K OLED display. The device is also tipped to include a 50MP main camera and a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired charging.
Vivo has previously brought an FE model to India. The Vivo X200 FE launched in July 2025, alongside the Vivo X Fold 5, and the X300 FE is expected to build on it and maybe also bridge the gap that ever-increasing prices of flagships are creating.
If launched globally, the X300 Ultra would compete with premium Android flagships such as Samsung’s Galaxy S Ultra series and Xiaomi’s Ultra models, particularly in markets where camera performance is a key differentiator. The X300 FE could target buyers seeking flagship hardware in a smaller form factor, a segment with relatively few options.
