I have purchase i-Ball Slide WQ 77 tablet on 20 july 15. Various problem in this tablet. I have lodge 2 chance complaint but staff member is not supported to me.
May be i was the first to order it as i received the product by yesterday morning itself... Initial comments are: 1. Its slim and look wise very good. 2. Used Skype Front camera view for skype is good. 3. But it has only one micro usb port. U need to use it for charging and also connecting to pen drives using the same port. Looks like it serves the purpose .... lets see. Post more comments after a thorough usage.
At first the product looked very good with its specifications and then came the windows part and was amazed to use the windows 8.1 ....but the ms office subscription for 1 year that is promised requires a 25 letter alpha numeric product key to activate itself..they have sent a yellow sticker in it..which is to be used as the product key but how to extract the 25 letter product key..no clue about it..so could not activate ms office.
We cannot activate the office 365 one year subscription, described internal memory is 16 GB but only 11.3 GB is available out of which windows 8 OS takes 6 GB.The charger provide is of low quality and not able to charge with it. Also the device provides slight electric shock when kept to charge.Also no Iball support given as the dealer in flipkart is not authorized dealer of Iball
Its been more than 24 days I am yet to receive the Teewe dongle. those who bought on sale day did they get it
