Not good mobile

Hi, I am Vinay Singh, im using this mobile but im facing below problem:- 1, No Battery backup, mobile is shouting down after half hour. 2. Camara is not 5MP only VGA camera. 3. Only signal battery with this phone, although on site mention two batteries. 4. Mobile goes heat after 15 minute. 5. No warranty on this mobile
