Got the product delivered ontime by flipkart, it has been 5 days after delivery still the installation and demo has not taken place, i have called IFB customer care many times and i hear that it will happen in the next 24 hours, after repeatedly calling now they have given some service Personnel number so that i can call him and get the installation done myself. very pathetic customer service.nnMy first impression about IFB. the Product may be Good, but after sales support is pathetic. Think twice before buying IFB. I will wait one more day and return the product if demo doesnot happen.
Bought this from flipkart. Delivery was on time. Demo took a while though. It works fine and I am satisfied with the product.
