good product,on time delivery,good service. prior information is lacking on regarding accessories like stand ,cover,liquid,stabiliser and budget will makes us surprised and not prepared for those items which we have to pay all of sudden.nnend of all trusted delivery and 5/5 rating deserved.
There is no doubt for IFB quality, it is just Great!nI am using this machine since last 2 months, the performance is just great.

I bought this machine on 4th March 2013 from Flipkart itself. The delivery was prompt and I certainly don't regret that but the worst part starts coming in after 2 years. IFB Customer Service is a failure in itself. First when you log a call, it takes them ages to come. Secondly whenever you call them most of the time their CRM Application is down and their standard reply is We cannot help you as of now our application is down. Its been more than 72-90 Hours and still no sign of technician. I don't think that I am going to buy any stuff from IFB again.
Very good product with a reasonable value.Till now I use it one time and I am satisfied with it's performance except the time it taking for one single washing cirle and It is almost 2:30 Hrs.It is the concern point.Otherwise the product is very good.
