It's washing cycle is too long. It has no timer.nIt takes too much electricity. Our home electric bill soars after took over this. It is too costly. But it washes cleaner than other washing machines. But not satisfied

I don't know about the product deeply..but the Installation people aim is to sale the water softener n other accessories to the ccustomer n not to show the demo...ifb Installation people didn't explain anything...unless we buy the accessories like cleaning powder, washing liquid from IFB we can't expect the demo...they didn't show any demo for us....very worst by flipkart n IFB...very worst packing by flipkart n deliver not n time n even I didn't receive correct invoice date...very worst..very worst... Better to avoid online shopping....

Worst ever experience with Flipkart and seller rdmobileshop. We received the order on 18th May. On 19th we called our plumber to install it. When the package was opened we found many black marks on the white machine. Back plate was as it has been hit and forcibly pushed inside. We immediately informed flipkart. They told us product will be replaced and they will take action in 24 hours but they did nothing. We thought it might have got missed bychance. But again nothing moved in next 24 hours. We called again. This is going on from 10 days now. Each time we call we are told within 24 hours action will be taken, technician will be sent but nothing is done. Now when we ask the call center executives that if you don't do anything in 24 hrs then what should we do. They just say you have to trust us and there is no other option. Seller does not answer our calls 9 out of 10 times. When he does he says a technician is reaching your place in few hours. No one comes and after that he does not answer. Once or twice a senior person from flipkart has called and again there is a 24 hour promise made, all possible assurances are given but again nothing is done. So we have paid and are stuck with a unusable product and cant do anything about it. Its a completely helpless situation. We are being forced to wash complete household clothes ourselves. I think there is no point buying from flipkart and particularly sellers who are not covered by flipkart advantage. As long as the product is ok its fine but if you get a product with a problem you had it.There is no timeline within which return/replacement will be done.

The service is very bad of Flipkart they are telling we will take old machine but they excuse and cancel the Oder for taking old machine. The old machine is working properly only one lag damage then also then do excuse and cancel Oder "don't take anything from Flipkart"
